The North Fork Property Owners Association participates in ADT Security's Community Association Program offering discounted rates and services to communities. Please note that this is a participation-based program, not a bulk-billed program and represents a contract between ADT and the homeowner. Individual homeowners are responsible for the activation and/or de-activation of their ADT accounts and are responsible for all services ordered from ADT. Master Billing for the basic program is handled as a "pass-through" via quarterly assessments as a convenience only to homeowners. The Association receives no compensation from ADT. While it is expected that this program and the master pass-through billing arrangement will continue indefinitely, it may be terminated at any time by either ADT or the Association, in which case homeowners would be responsible for making payments directly to ADT, rather than through their quarterly assessment payment.
Homeowners with ADT service are responsible for terminating their service prior to selling their home. New homeowners are responsible for activating ADT service, if they so wish.
