Congratulations!

Now that you've purchased your North Fork home, you may be wondering what comes next.  This page will provide you with some helpful information to make your move into North Fork a little bit easier and less stressful.

 You or your Realtor may contact Coastal Property Management at (561) 781-8030 to register, receive estoppel forms and obtain gate access.  A member of North Fork's Welcoming Committee will also personally welcome you after you complete your move into the community.

We would also ask that you fill out and return the Homeowner Information sheet below.  Many North Fork community updates are provided via e-mail, so it's important for the property management company to have your current e-mail address on file at all times.  

Finally, we would ask that you familiarize yourself North Fork's Rules & Regulations and ARB Guidelines.  North Fork imposes restrictions on certain vehicles, to include pickup trucks and boats.  New homeowners should be aware of these restrictions.
